Techvances exists because the gap between an AI prototype and something a business can depend on is wider than most teams expect, and almost nobody is contracted to close it.
Most engineering firms will build whatever you ask for. That sounds like flexibility and behaves like a lack of opinion — you end up paying for a team learning your problem domain on your budget.
We do a narrow set of work: taking LLM and data systems from working-in-a-demo to working-for-customers. Because the range is narrow, we have seen most of the ways it goes wrong, and we can usually tell you in the first conversation which of them you are heading toward.
We are deliberately small, we work directly with the people who will own the system afterwards, and we would rather end an engagement cleanly than extend it because we made ourselves difficult to replace.
